10/30 Tuesday - Ordered cancer medication
11/5 Monday - Credit card charged $530.00. I was told in August that the credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. My though was great! I should have the medication by the end of the week.
11/9 Friday - E-Mailed Company to check on the shipment, as i had not received it, and to ensure it was sent and when it was send since the credit card was charged. NO RESPONSE!
11/ 13 Tuesday - Called them on to find out when the medication was sent since it's been 9 days since the credit card charge.
ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS NEVER SENT. THE MEDICATION IS ON BACKORDER AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL RECEIVE THEIR NEXT SHIPMENT.
Yes they apologised but that doesn't help me or my beloved dog with her cancer.
They said that they will credit back my card... DUHHH but couldn't tell me why it was charged in the first place. It is worth the extra money to have your vet secure the necessary medication if it is needed. Vets need to make a living too. Lesson Learned.
Goods coming into the UK get held up here whilst the import tax is calculated but as nothing is perishable, it's not an issue. Will use Entirely Pets again.

Good luck canceling any autoship orders. Scammers. Buyer BEWARE. Still fighting to get $ back. It's been months. I canceled in July, they continued sending product a few months later. Tried to cancel, but they sent it anyway. They told me to just do a 'return to sender.' This is the scam, because as I've learned the hard way, there is no way to track this. Now they are saying they didn't receive it. I will be disputing this with my credit card company, using email correspondence. As well I will report them to the BBB.
I put in an order for the large Roudybush on 10/08/18. After several attempts to find out about my order I called again today (10 days later) and was told today that my order had been cancelled because it was discontinued. No one notified me. The customer support person said my account was credited on 10/16 two days ago however nothing has been posted to my account as of yet. I also was charged for the shipping that was supposed to be free. I will not order from here again.
I have shopped with EntirelyPets.com for years and never have I received such poor customer service as I did from representative "Mike." Several times I emailed asking questions and received responses that failed to answer them. I had been waiting 3 months for a backordered product and wanted to know if I would be emailed when someone had an ETA. Apparently it was more important for Mike to cater to his attitude than answer my actual question, forcing me to wait days for his responses repeating the same information which still did not address my specific question. In the end, I canceled my order, reported a complaint about his "service," ordered from Chewy.com instead, and will no longer do business with EntirelyPets.com, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
I placed an order for Dasuquin chews; 2 days later I was told that "they think shipment was lost in transit" and would immediately reship. I never got notification that it shipped and every time I called I was told item was sitting on pallet ready to go out. I finally realized they were NOT TELLING THE TRUTH so I told them to cancel order and I also called my credit card company and told them to reverse the charge. VERY SHADY COMPANY!
I had an issue placing an order on Labor Day weekend. I had received a $5.00 coupon and I also had a $5.00 Reward for spending so much money. The system showed them but only gave me %. 00 off. I went on the online chat & was told to call. I called & left a message - no response
I sent an e-mail and received a curt answer from *. When I responded to that he never answered. I have since sent 2 emails and no one has answered them.
A reward is an incentive given for money spent - you should be able to use it along with coupons. If not then why won't they even give me the courtesy of a response.
I suggest that people go to Chewy.com.

I ordered a med for my cat, Azodyl, which needs to be kept cold. Well 2 days later the Azodyl get here in warm melted ice packs. I will never do business with this company again. Tori Gillispie
I ordered Denamarin for my dog, thinking I was going to save some money. Well, the free shipping didn't apply as I was in Canada. OK, I paid the $20 shipping. Took more than 2 weeks to get here and because it was shipped via some other 3rd party, I was asked to pay another $25 COD! Even worse, there are no expiry dates listed anywhere on the boxes. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered a cat scat mat and probiotic paste from Entirely Pets. Currently own several scat mats and they work great to deter undesirable behavior. The probiotic paste was first recommended by our veterinarian and it worked miracles on our one kitty who suffers from irritable bowel syndrome. Her stools are a challenge to keep firm but this paste did the trick! Entirely Pets does an amazing job at offering a wide variety of products at a competitive price and I have shopped with them for over 10 years. I would have given them a 5 star rating; however the shipping takes longer than other on-line sites to reach me.
Entirely Pets always delivers promptly with a good price and it is easy to find what you want on line.
Great Seller but shipping is very slow. Always pleased with products & this time they threw in samples for my cats & dogs! Sure wish they would use USPS priority though

Best ever! Great service & price! We have 4 dogs taking this so we need to find a good price and this is the best yet! Seems to really help! One dog will be 12, another 11 and a 9 and 7 year old :) All still go for walks & the 9 year old runs & plays like crazy with our 3 year old ;)
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.

Although, It's recommended that you should ship Azodyl overnight. Studies have shown that the bacterial counts can remain stable at a temperature of 77°F for up to 14 days. So don’t sweat it if your Azodyl doesn’t hit the fridge immediately—but do take it there as soon as possible.
Azodyl keeps well at typical refrigerator temperatures of 35°-40°F. Do not put it in the freezer.
