Very pretty tea pot. Don't really know the yellow trim at the mouth of the pot is metallic or not so I do not dare to put it in the microwave oven. There is no indication whether or not it is dishwasher safe
The excellent customer service alone is reason to shop at English Tea Store. Add to that their incredible selection of teas, treats, whimsical goodies and the low prices - this shop cannot be beat. Shipping is super fast. We have been ordering from them for years and have never uttered a single complaint.

Bought the 500 bag english b fast for 30, had also bought from another online tea store 30$ of tea but had no store brand only other brands and got 250 tea bags, which proved to be a weak flavor for such a highly regarded brand. I will enjoy my first taste of this tea in the morning. Bargain.

I tried this tea last year at the Tea Party Museum in Boston. This was the only tea that I liked. Being that I could never find it in a store, I took to the internet. This was in my price range. The timing was good. I got my package within three days.
The tea was weak when I first made it. It was watered down from what I remembered. So I decided to make another cup before I wrote this review. Two bags is good enough for me to enjoy this delicious treat.

Items arrived in reasonable timeframes and in good condition. The tea pots are lovely, and I'm sure I will use them for years to come. But, I tried to use the free shipping coupon I was emailed on the order, and everything I ordered was an exception. Not happy with bait and switch tactics.

My husband had been wanting to try the Prince of Wales tea for a while and I thought it would make nice little add on gift for Christmas. He liked it a lot, so will likely order more in the future. My only issue was I paid for the expedited shipping that should have arrived the day after Christmas. We were fine with it not arriving before Christmas. Finally arrived today. It's not a huge deal but in the future I just won't pay for the expedited shipping.

My shipment arrived on time. However, due to bad packing, 1 jar of marmalade arrived broken. Glass jars were packed so they banged against each other (no padding in between). The company did issue credit promptly. Also couldn't reach anyone by phone to resolve. I had to email. They do have a good selection of British food items.

I was shorted 6 crunchie candy bars in my order and they were packed so poorly that all I received were broken up from moving in the box.

I got the teapot a few days before i came into town and when i opened the box to see if it was ok the lids handle was broken off and the lid itself has a hairline fracture almost from one side to the other where heat would absolutely break it. This teapot wont be gifted and i am working on the return process to get a new one.
As good as an excellent jelly/preserve chef! So good! It has been a family tradition to make jellies every summer... but circumstances can change things. --wanted to order more, but you were out of stock. Thanks.
