My son in law turned me on to the Yorkshire Tea, and I'm grateful that I found the English Tea Store site so that I can order it in the states. It's officially my favorite! As he says, "It's a proper tea." I can't say much about the website except that I placed the ordered within a couple of minutes, so it was perfect for me.

Search function doesn't work well. I filtered on loose teas, it gave me all teas including tea bags. I filtered on black teas, it gave me other teas as well- green, rooibos...

However, the products were delivered in a timely manner and were packaged well to avoid any damage in transit. Their website was also easy to use.
