Your customer service department is terrific, pricing is the best I had found, and timeliness of delivery was wonderful.
The item I ordered has a minor defect which is why I gave four stars for satisfaction of product. When the manufacturer drilled holes for the cross braces they failed to make them at the same spot on each of the vertical pieces. Because of this the whole rack as a slight lean to it. For our needs, and because it was too much of a bother to repack and ship back such a large and heavy item, it is fine the way it is and works well.
