Ordering was simple and my product was exactly what I expected.

Recieved item with batteries installed - Not sure why - No batteries are included with the unit - The item is supposed to be new - Installed batteries indicates otherwise - Will drop a note to customer support and ask the battery question!

I wanted to buy filter packs along with my product I had to constantly search for the products. Also the replacement filter packs did not have descriptions of what they were or what they were used for. I am not sure if I even ordered the correct thing. I wish there had been a also check out these products with this order.
