Great product at good price with timely delivery.

I have bought three tape measures over the last three years. Each one seems to last only one year as the fabric of the tape tears right at the 5" mark of the tape. Need to use a more durable tape fabric.

Shipping package was damaged. I didn't see it but my wife said the contents wasn't.

Product arrived as promised. Product works. However when Artograph LED 1000 projector is in place the lens does not clear the lip of platform. A modification will be needed to raise the projector so that lens clears set lip of platform. Other than that I'm a happy camper.

The return policy is kind of strict and a little bit of a pain. Other than that, I had a great experience and would shop again.

The product that was sent is worth about $ 1.00, it says that it is made in Germany, this measuring device looks like it came from a gum machine, It is totally worthless, I am very dis pleased and feel foolish and duped that i did business with these people
