I was expecting table to ship from factory about six weeks after order, but was very surprised to see it on the truck in just a couple days from warehouse! Only gripe I have is that the hardware must be Chinese junk import stuff...I had to replace some of it due to extrememly poor quality (screws breaking off in half, had to rethread riser bushing, etc). Otherwise, well made, well packaged and shipped much sooner than expected. Happy camper here!

Clear, concise, efficient

Everything is great- the only I think I might prefer is to have an actual log-in. I'm not used to not having an identity with your company. Still, it seems to work just fine. I just have to remember there is no log-in when I go back to order more paper. It's not a big deal and, as I said, everything works well. Thanks!
