The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

It's ok just looking to save money anyway we can! Things are very hard now days!
It's fine. Hassle free and easy to do. It's always good when someone can help you save money!
I appreciate the payment program made available to me and old folk clients. I have to look for lower prices in support of high service levels.
I've been waiting to hear From solo roofing company. I Should hear from them any day now.
I didn't want to take a call I just wanted to see the results. Seems like a scam.
I don't want people calling me. I just wanted to know what the ballpark figure is and have a comparison of how the payment would work out. I don't wanna have a phone conversation with any salespeople right now. What a mistake trusting the messaging that you said you'd take my privacy seriously. I'll make note of who not to do business with when I am ready to do solar. Liars.
Uneventful. It was okay. I simply replied to the questions asked.
I was drawn in by the prospect of the state paying for a solar system. At the end of the day Sunrun would own the system. That is not what I want. If the state wants to subsidize a solar system, they can subsidize me and not a solar company. My research indicates that Sunrun is sleazy. I doubt i will ever do business with them.
Great and to the point. My wife and I have already started the order of getting solar energy for our home... it will be a great start to owning our electricity.
I don't want calls. Just information if Oklahoma would pay for solar
What experience? Nothing has happened. I was just asked some questions.
It was fine, it didn't take to long. Don't know how much the cost is yet.
Messaging unclear. You have to search to find HOW you'd save…what sort of program
