The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

I do not want people calling before I even finish typing
Have not seen anything yet to impress me im sorry have a nice day
It's fine, not sure I'm interested though. I had solar panels on my roof before that were 60% subsidized by the government. Worked great until maintenance fees and equipment failure came along. Granted, it was hot water heating not electrical. However, I have a new $32,000 roof installed last year
My electric bill is always usually between 300-400. I live in Rives Tennessee. Its just me here. Please help me out. I'm paying $300-$400 every month.
So far it's okay but I haven't even finished reading this and I'm already getting calls. Nervous about the spam I just got myself into.
I gave you a lot of info and now have to talk with a sales agent to find out cost.
Your lead in is fine I just to have personal attention in order to discus possible problems with the installation and accessibility.
I am ready to speak with someone to discuss problems relative to the condition of my home as it relates to installation of solar panels.
Good but don't like providing my phone number before getting more info it's just a way to get my number and text/ call me trying to over sell me/harass me to buy
The website has too many clicks. Just make the info available
So far ok. Would like to know more about it.and the process it would take.and cost to get it up and running
I am just trying to see how clean energy can save me money.
Dont like phone calls back to back, I'd rather have a text from y'all also i thinkbi accidently hit #2 an its 0951. Sorry thanks so much have a blessed day!
It's fine. I really prefer email as opposed to phone calls as we don't answer calls of unrecognized numbers.
Making it easy/simple to get information about "going Solar" Thank you.
When you say free quote you should mention early on that someone wants to call. In yhe past they have this lame excuse that they have to get their foot in the door.
I do NOT want to provide my phone number.
ALL companies are writing/saying that they respect privacy, but that is easy to say or write but apparently (bitter practical experience) not true at all.
See yourself: you do not provide a quote as u=you promise on the website, but you immediately want to call me.
If you are interested to communicate with me, please use my email address. Thank you.

I do not want a bunch of sales calls and mail. Just your quote.
Only experience is the obvious visual savings if this is a true representation.
Web site easy but I hate having to give my phone number and getting phone calls
Great service and provides good information that you need
