I sold it to Ms Steele about July 1,2025. However, I meant to apply for solar in 2020, but the solar company declined due to having 3 levels of shingles on rear roof, best location for pa nels (Faces SE). I had ball 3 levels removed and replaced with only one new level. It should pass inspection for panels. If so, I shall discuss this issue further with new owner and possibly, between u u s, we may choose solar panels.
