GOT TRICKED INTO "20 YEAR-LEASE" THIS SYSTEM STARTED AUG 2019 OR 2020 I SIGNED WITH A LOCAL COMPANY AS I LIKE SUPPORTING USA THEN THEY SOLD OUT TO SUNRUN SOLAR I WAS PROMISED THE BATTERY BACCK UP THEN BACK TO NATIONAL GRID THAT WAY IF WAR BREAKS OUT AND EVERY ONE LOOSES ELECTRICITY MY DAY TIME PANELS WILL KEEP MY HOUSE GOING AS OF NOW WHEN NATIONAL GRID GOES DOWN I HAVE NO POWER! I WAS TRICT AND LIED TO AS I KNOW SUNRUN HAS A DEAL WITH TESLA BATTERS PLUS I DO NOT THINK I HAVE THE NEWEST HIGH POWER MORE EFFICIENT PANALS

It would be wise to have your sales reps look at the prospective property on Google Earth or equivalent sites. This property is a 25 story high condominium building.
This is not an honest company, they charge you for a diagnostic, you pay the service and they did not solve the problem and will ask for another diagnostic again then they will charge you more.
