The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

I think there's an awful lot of BS with the government supposedly help and pay for these
Haven't started yet. I just saw the ad and put my info into the form and submitted it.
It's going well. But I have to tell you I do own my home, but I don't own the land.
I truley like the idea of having no upfront costs to have solar panels installed on my home. I'm extremely interested in accomplishing this. We pay. Quite a bit for our power. 150 dollars a month and we try very hard to conserve even to the point of being cold in our home. We have a heat pump and try to conserve but it doesn't seem to help much. Would really appreciate having help. Thankyou very much. We are retired and pretty much live off of our social security.there is not much left after.we pay the bills and have to use our local food bank to eat. We absolutely need all the help we can get..
Easy to fill out introductory form. I am excited to hear about your program.
I must do roof repairs b4 I can give y'all a call…! I have 3 areas to repair before I carry on to d next step with a phone call to get my project started…Thanks…TMWS…!
Easy so far. But nothing is ever free, so I'm sure I'll be hit with a big expense which I came out of board.
I live in a mobile home and pay to lease the land. So I guess this"program" is not for me.
I'd love to get solar to help with saving and to be less pull on energy's
I still don't know if I am eligible for the solar credits………..
Not too bad, a little long and repetitive but I would be happy to get the money
Quick and easy, just got a heat pump hot water heater. So am interested in what I can do more.
I have no comment about the surveyor the product at this time.
I don't like the e-signature on any document but otherwise it's been ok.
So far. See following message for information answering this question.
So far it's ok. I am trying to find more information before I agree to something I know nothing about
I consider these click bait as I don't want a phone call… if it is real, just show me the offer or info
I'm interested in solar energy
I am very interested in solar power and saving on my current utility electric bill. I'm just skeptical about the programs there are to offer.
