My experience with Sunrun has been horrible. Christian was helpful responding to my question but offered no solution to the Issue. I've been working on this issue for the past 3 months or more. I am waiting confirmation from Sun Run staff regarding determining a means to reduce PGE/SOLAR cost and installation of adding solar panels. I went through your questions to get information on State money for the solar panels we had installed by Blue Raven last Summer. What we got was two calls from Blue Raven to install NEW solar panels.
Misleading. Ad said you would tell me if my zip would qualify then you took a lot of personal info and DID NOT TELL ME.
