Hello Charles, We never want our customers to be disappointed, customer service is our top priority, so let me explain further my previous answer. Your order would ship by USPS Priority Mail regardless of whether you paid shipping or get free shipping, so we can refund you for the shipping charge and apologize for the confusion as you were checking out. The price changes, which all went up between November last year and January this year, but if you were not buying from us at the time you may have missed a lot of that communication in our box stuffers. Please send me your order number and let me check the shipping.

Great product! This is so much better than the products available at our local pharmacy. As a senior citizen, I love how it immediately brings relieve to my arthritic joints and helps me sleep. EASY to order. Fast delivery. Good product. Been using for years since my mother who is deceased asked me to order her some from an advertisement. She had arthritis really bad. Worked for her and we have been using ever since.

We bought the "New"foot and leg comfort after running out of the older version of foot and leg comfort. About 3 hours after applying the lotion my feet and legs began to burn and hurt. I took my shoes and socks off and washed. My feet still burned and hurt really bad. You have taken a good product and turned it into a nightmare full of pain like I have never felt before. The same thing has happened to my spouse. I bought 6 of this product. It is an expensive lesson learned. I will never order any more products from Blue Spring.
I always get my order in a timely manner. The blue stuff always heals pulled muscles faster than anything else I have found.
