I've purchased from this company for many years. The products have proved to be excellent. I intend to be a good customer. The emu products have eased my suffering.
We've only received the best customer service for years. Kathy personally makes sure we get the best of what is available and informs us of things we don't know about the product.
I don't have any specifics but it must have been fine since nothing stands out in my mind.
I will say that I ration the product since it has gotten so expensive over the years. When you add on high minimums for free shipping and the cost of shipping, it makes it harder to buy regularly-

The fairly resent foot and leg has proved even better for my neuroropathy than the blue stuff. I rub my feet every morning. Those early morning steps feel much better than days that I dont make the time to treat my feet. The Company has always been very easy to deal with and has been extremely helpful.

I learned about emu oil at a sorority 40th pledge class reunion and have been using it day on my face and body and at night on my face & neck. People think I'm much younger and are surprised learning I'm currently 78 years old.
