Product shipped incomplete without installation instructions or owners manual as stated in contents. AI putting in a "ticket" was the primary source of communication I got when I asked for the instructions and manual which I never did receive. I finally got some assistance and then found product did not fully function as it should. I had to go through Better Business Bureau mediation where Emerald Integrations agreed to a full refund. I closed the case and have not heard back from them despite several emails as instructed.
I needed to factory integrate my 2009 Audi A5 all bundled into one package. They told me shipping takes 2-5 business days and I got it in 3. Great experience, might have to use them again for my Porsche Cayenne.

This company is a total scam, bought a backup camera and it was never delivered, have tried to contact them but no-one responds. Buyers be aware don't fall for the trap.
