This site is just wonderful. I have been buying my manuals here for the past two year and I am yet to face to face any major issue. I always get the manual I want and quality is always top notch.
Ordered a "Service and Repair Manual". No service information supplied and only a load of pdf files for the repair - hardly an eManual. Contacted them for help, three weeks later still waiting for satisfactory answer to my query. Useless.
Should they decide to help resolve this, I will update this review.

I was having some issues with wiper. Thought to do it myself instead of taking the car to Dealer. Task was done easily but I was amazed with the info it contained. So i went through all of it. Very Informative.

Ordered a eManual for my car as they state 'COVERS ALL MODELS & ALL REPAIRS A-Z' Just a pity that they don't cover how to locate and change the oil filter and oil on the download I bought for my Peugeot 207. After emailing them, asking if they could just email me the bit I needed in a PDF, the started being awkward, asking me to download VMware, which did not work. They wanted to know VIN etc of my car which I refused to give on advice of speaking to the local Police. An absolute waste of monies buying from them, AVOID THEM AND TRY ELSEWHERE.

I bought Suzuki Eiger LTF400 service manual and I got a glitch with the download although I followed the instructions on the site. I called the customer line and my problem was solved within 30 secs. And the manual was also amazing.

I purchased a manual set for 9.99 pounds. Downloaded and setup a download manager as indicated on the site. 16+ hours later the download manager had my OVA data file. Then I had to download and setup software that runs as a complete separate virtual machine, where you get warnings that your fully legal version of windows is not authentic? I run a smaller netbook machine and it takes forever to load and I can hardly do anything else with my computer. Requested a refund a number of days ago and were now battling using the payment people as referees. I still need a manual and I'll spend my money any where else but never again here. Fools for 9.99 Pounds.
You failed to read the product advert, yet you still clearly downloaded the manual. Not sure why you are complaining!
