Although, I think that I should have been informed that the file I bought would need a virtual environment to run (Wndows XP) to be exact, after downloading the file, and not being able to open it, the online support worked quickly and efficiently and solved the problem.
Instant download did not work. We waited a few hours before the document arrived. We had some problems opening the document but the online support helped us to resolve the issue. Excellent on-line support. Great book! Great service! Thank you!

Instant download did not work it took a couple of hours. Support desk kept me informed and checked whether I was happy - very impressed with customer service. The manual was exactly as advertised and setting up to run a windows document on my mac was very well covered in the help files. Will definitely use again and the 4 stars instead of 5 was for the instant download not being there.
