I have yet to receive my download link and when ypu try to call them the number does not work and the email provided for contact comes back undeliverable. I can't help but believe it is a SCAM and that it is their own people leaving positive feedback. Save your money! Get this. When you place your order they provide no order number for reference yet and still the money is out of my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

NOT TO BE TRUSTED - I purchased an electronic workshop manual for my BMW C600 Sport scooter. What was not clear, and is not explained on the eManualOnline.com website is that you can only download a. Ova file for which you need to download and install Oracle Virtualbox before it can be used. Unfortunately, the required version of Oracle Virtualbox will not install on my Mac. I am an IT person with decades of experience, but an issue I could nor resolve stopped me from getting any use from this. Ova file. The support person Rahul insisted that he wanted to access my computer by giving him control over my machine using Teamviewer. Because Rahul was so unwilling to negotiate any alternative solutions, I did not trust him with access to my computer. I wasted my money and I strongly recommend you do not do business with eManualsOnline.com

It's software. They say you're getting a manual but I got an 8gig "virtual machine" had to download additional software and who knows what else. By that time I abandoned the whole damn thing and went to the store and bought one.

They have a 14 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. But that's a load of crap too. They just reply with BS copy and paste emails. Then asked me for my year

I placed an order for the workshop edition of the smart car 2007-2014 incl brabus (451). They sent complete 2007-2010 manuals which were completely free online. These did not include the workshop manual, nor anything stated in the description online. I tried to give them the opportunity to refund my money prior to posting this review. The only response they gave was 'what year was your vehicle?'

Do not purchase from this company. It is nothing but a sham.

This is how it works. They claim that they have all these repair manuals. They even show pictures of step by step instructions, never mind that its the same instruction for all their manuals. After the payment has gone through they send you a zip file with a bunch of free media the manufactures send anyone for free.
Try to get the money back. They claim that they can't offer refunds because you already downloaded the product. True I downloaded a product, though not the product that was promised.
Their phone # doesn't work. I've been emailing them back and forth and they wont own up to the scam and refuse to refund my money.

I ordered based on reviews. Maybe because I have an Apple computer, I had a very difficult time downloading. I was in email contact with the company and they sent me what was supposed to fix the download issues. Back and forth approx. 7 times and finally they sent another link so I could download another operating system. I did not want to do this without their assistance which they said would be no problem. Instead they sent me a request for their help which I answered with the time and date they suggested.

They kept asking questions and then told me they were booked and I would have to reschedule. Finally after they refused to refund my money, I told them to forget it and I downloaded and ordered hardcopy from Hayes with no difficulty. This may be one of the worst experiences I have had with any customer service. I will be calling the credit card company to dispute. I wasted a lot of time and energy for $16 US. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

I bought a digital manual for 29.99 for my BMW. It came by email with a separate link for download instructions, which I went to first. It instructed me to download a download manager. That took serval hours to download, once that was done I attempted to download the actual manual and the additional program required for it to work. At this point my laptop quit functioning all together. I could not get it to do anything. I contacted emanual and req requested a refund. They stalled me for about a week before they came back and finally told me no they will not refund my money even tho the website states their policy is if it is within a week and not download they would issue a full refund. Since it never finished downloading I expected a refund.

This site is total crap. Should be illegal. They advertise pdf downloads of legit manuals. What I got was a MASSIVE file (8GB) of an outdated BMW service program, which they probably don't even have the legal rights to sell, and then you have to download another program (a 'virtual viewer') in order to open/navigate it. Once you're finally in, half of the information tabs open blank - no info at all. Because you're in a 'virtual viewer' you can't print anything to take out to your shop... it goes on and on.
Then to top it all off, after the huge hassle of download/install, within days my credit card was compromised with mysterious charges! Coincidence? I think not.

These people will send you a link to a download that is massive (18GB)
Then it fails, you try again & again & again.
You email them, they send you a link to the same download
Then that one fails, you try again & again & again.
You tell them and they then run you through PayPal and you have to message and respond in a constant loop of going nowhere. Then you ask for a refund and then PayPal ask you to return the purchase and provide a tracking number! Ha ha these people are dodgy and I would love to greet them in person to give them a special thanks with a size 10 boot. Do not trust these scam artists.

I purchased the manuals download for my 2004 BMW Z4 because the description said it included all the manuals including wiring diagrams (which is what I needed most). What I received were illegible, extremely low resolution scans of shop manuals and a wiring diagram for a single model that isn't mine. It's completely useless. I've attached an example of the quality of manual I received. Completely useless. These people are criminals.

Avoid like the plague! Do not send what you pay for, false advertising 100%. Support stop replying to emails if you don't accept their fraudulent behaviour. Nothing was easy, some ridiculous 17GB. Ova file that installs Windows virtually so it can run a terribly designed so called workshop manual that wasn't even for my model car. Just buy a. Pdf version off eBay as I ended up doing. Still waiting on a refund that I will never get due to their terms "if you download the file then no refunds" even when it's there mistake. Scumbags, complete scammers and any other foul word you can think of.
