Best online shop in Romania!

I bought products from them since 2012 totaling over $2500 and I had no problems with any products or delivery time.
I just had one minor problem with a coffee maker that has crashed in just 2 days, but was being repaired fairly quickly in warranty.

A negative thing would be that the site has webpage loading problems for years, probably because is accessed by so many people and most often you have to refresh the pages multiple times...

I believe it's the safest and most reliable online store from Romania.

I don't even know where to start. I had all possible problems with them:
1) They sent me a DOA HDD and then they barely accepted to replace it. Very difficult to get through their customer service and yes... there's no email you can contact them with, only some phone numbers
2) The second order was a very expensive water filter, they sent it broken and cracked. When I sent them the picture, they told me that it's not broken enough to affect usage.
3) third order - I changed my details to my wife's and the order summary seemed all right. I then submitted the order and the confirmation email contained the wrong names and phone numbers.
All in all, one of the worst companies you can deal with. I hope amazon and ebay will soon come to Romania so that we can have some decent services there.

Oh yes, and the customer service operators - rude and useless. They might as well put some monkeys there and the helpfulness would be the same.

Nu respecta termenul de livrare, am comandat un HDD pe 27 si am fost informat prin SMS ca ajunge pe 28, nu a ajuns, am stat o zi aiurea sa il astept.

Pe 29 am sunat la ei sa intreb de ce nu a ajuns si am fost informat ca va ajunge in cursul zilei, nu a ajuns, 2 zile de asteptat pentru nimic.

Am mai cumparat de la ei si nu am avut probleme cu livrarea, se misca destul de greu cu garantia produselor totusi.

Am dat 2 stele pentru ca nu am avut probleme cu livrarile in trecut, daca se miscau mai repede cu garantia primeau 3, daca produsul ajungea pe 29, cand am fost mintit pentru a 2'a oara ca va fi livrat le dadeam 4.

Am platit comanda cu cardul, in avans, daca alegeam sa platesc comanda ramburs nu o mai primeam cand ajungea si cumparat din alta parte.

Am sa evit Emag in viitor.
