We monitor reviews for authenticity
They do not care about sellers at all, do unprofessional decision about product placements and just freeze your products in their warehouses. There are a lot of more reliable sales channels. My advice is to avoid selling there because you just lose money here.
Produs cumparat ca nou primit resigilat si cu o piesa lipsa. Asta dupa ce cumperi de la ei de ******* lei in ultimii ani (de pe cateva conturi). Am avut probleme si cu Emag Genius dar s-au rezolvat, mi-au dat si un voucher (preferam sa nu doar sa nu ma enervez). Am luat-o totusi ca o eroare dar se pare ca Emag s-a pus pe tepuit romanii bine.
Stop ordering from here. They charge for delivery but they never deliver on time. Second time ordering Christmas gift for my parents and never arrived on time. Last time they deliver one week later and after Christmas; this time although I paid for delivery and they have shop in the city and easily arrange click and collect, i wanted to surprise my parents bur Emag surprised me. Courier refused to deliver to they house informing that I paid for delivery to their warehouse. Ridiculous- how on earth someone will pay to get the product put of the shop (reachable distance) and collect from a courier warehouse on the outskirts of the city. Well only eMAG change people for this kind of delivery! Disgusting attitude and reply to my feedback: "they were busy and I have to understand the situation"
Machine leaks water brand new. Sent to emag, their service cener is in romania so machine had to travel haha and then after a week they emailed me your machine has been tested and it is all ok, we did not notice any defect, machine will be returned to you. Hahaha without fixing. They did not even care to find a problem or to contact us to ask questions what is the problem, very robotic careless behaviour.
I can accept any logistics issues but I will never agree with such an unprofessional method to be on the market.
The truth is that when something is good we are not going to leave the reviews to help the business at all the time but this is something anyway correlated because we are going to use them again and again.
I have an order placed on 17th November and im still waiting for it, called eMag... no solution. At least not yet, e-mail without any reply and the fact that they are hiding the review left on the sellers side looks to me more than unprofessional, it's telling me that's something premeditated and there's no excuse for it.
I had issues in the past but I had eMag on my side... on the customer side... looks like something is going wrong there and I don't want to be part of it.
The website is extremely poorly built: when you add the details i. E. this phone number changes like when you win at the casino. Also, when you select a product, you have to check 100 times, because you will be surprised that in the payment confirmation you will receive another color of that product (I bought brown and received confirmation for anthracite).
The courier used (sameday) is a courier joke: it changes the statuses in the computer and details related to history as they want (I have printscreens in this sense), although the history of a product is one. In my case, the statuses were fake, to take time: i. E. store delivery appeared at 9:40 and failed delivery at 9:41. Does that mean that driver covered 60km in less than a minute? He didn't make the transport the next day either... although he had no excuse not to do so. After I contacted the courier (at some dubious numbers, where I put you on the waiting list and cut off your connection when you are about to pick up your phone), they said that they will bring me the package only on Monday (although the deadline was Thursday-Friday). My advice, living abroad and using the online system for decades, is to completely avoid shopping on emag.

Very disappointed. I bought online a microwave and sent it to my parents in Romania as a gift, but after 3 months stopped working. The product was also covered with Service Express (apart from 2 years warranty) but to no use.
They refused to fix it or change it with the reason "the repair is not worth it and the product does not meet the warranty conditions". They didn't even bother to open it to see what is wrong with it. I don't have time to waste on the phone and argue with them (I live in US), and my parents are old.
At my house I have a microwave 12 years old and I cooked food in the wildest conditions, and it is still working. EMag and Daewoo are 250RON richer stealing my money. Service Express is a big joke, you pay extra for nothing.

They refused the return of an expensive tablet against the law in Romania. I am pursuing this further with the local consumer agency. No help with both the manager from the return department and the guys from callcenter. I would advise people to stay away from eMag.
I wanted to improve the performance of a previous generation computer that is still performing today, and it's a Xeon processor at 3.06 GHz. The motherboard has only SATA II. From the available offers we chose a SATA III SSD, which is compatible with SATA II, at a very attractive price. Later on when I entered the site, I saw that the price was even lower, and on the Black Friday, the cut was even less than 50%.
I have all the confidence in the eMag store because it offers seriousness and promptness in honoring orders, also ensures a high quality delivery of products, factors that together with the extremely diversified offer, in total I can say I fully declare myself.
I just found sitejabber while looking for ratings for a chinese seller and I wanted to check a popular local shopping site.
So I checked emag.ro and to my surprise I see a lot of negative reviews. I say surprise because they complain exactly about the strong points of this seller.
DOA, this is almost unheard of.
Refusing returns. This is the one company that will take the product back no questions asked. You have 30 days to change your mind instead of 14 as it is in law, regardless of shipping method. The law says you have 14 days only for products delivered home (because is assumed you couldn't test them). If you pick the product yourself you are not eligible but emag doesn't do this distinction.
Sending used products. Is not the first time I hear this claim (on forums). Could be possible, I don't know. None of the people I know experienced this.
Overall, this seller is as trusty they can be. If this one is iffy... then...

After spending thousands on several deliveries I was happy about I got denied a payback voucher for them taking back my old appliance. So either I get the voucher or I get my appliance back... weeks later still nothing. Its not about the money but the principle!
The support that you receive from them is close to 0. If you have any issues there is no one that you can speak with as they only have a contract with a call center who get paid to tell you that "they are there to help you" but they couldn't care less.
After repeat issues with them, I've completely lost faith in everything they advertise. Also, stay away from emag reviews as many are fake. I've tried leaving a negative review 5 times and it was rejected every single time, even though it met all their criteria and terms.
They basically hide any trail of incompetence and they also try to hide all their mistakes. While some mistakes are to be accepted as normal and part of the process, the problem is that they happen way too often with Emag.
If i can give less than zero star sure i will. This company do not know anything about being in business. They do not know anything about how to satisfy a customer. Customer service is for nothing. I am calling international more than 45 min for nothing, just to hear answer machine
This the story " I bought samsung a3 2017 in 11th of August and i asked the seller three times if i will be able to use egyptian orange sim card because i live there not in romania. I repeated my self alot. And he answered by yes its international version that will work every where with any sim card. Its not a locked phone
After i came back to egypt and i put my sim card. Oops. "Phone is looked. Insert sim network unlock code"
I am very upset. I got a new phone and i paid 300 euro for nothing. For now its just a piece of plastic inside the desk locker
After a week chasing them i got a silly smile with answer just like their silly company " Saad, you can return the product within 30 days "
Seems that they dont know anything called English. Really. I dont know why poor company like this stay in business

After 12 days of waiting the delivery still hasnt arrived! The delivery company dont know where the address is (main boulevard in Plovdiv, Bulgaria), they were also rude. Ive sent numerous emails to emagbg with no response...! I would NEVER EVER order anything from them and would not recommend their services to anyone.
The most ridiculous thing is that when you call them they tell you how important the customer services for them is... CLEARLY NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL!
Ostatnio zakupilam dwa produkty (jeden przez pomylke).
Towar zostal dostarczony bardzo szybko.
Musialam jeden produkt zwrocic i spodziewalam sie ze bedzie "pod gorke" gdyz byla to moja pomylka. A tu ku milemu zaskoczeniu, obsluga mila, pomocna i uprzejma do konca.

I bought a mobile phone from Emag. My display was not working properly after the first second, I was moving my finger on the touch screen and it was lagging and writing random things. Sometimes the phone was working properly and I decided to use it no matter how hard it was, because I didnt have enough time to return it since I was travelling the next day abroad for 1 year and I needed a phone.
Sat in all day waiting for the emag supermarket delivery. Called 3 times... eventually got through to a manager who informed me my food would arrive in the middle of next week... reason. No-one knows. Absolute joke. 800 lei on food for a party... no food. NEVER TRUST THEM. THEY LIE!
The waiting times to reach an eMag.ro assistant are hilarious check the attached photo. You could easily wait at the phone for somebody to pick up for more than 15min.
Bad return experience they use an afoul delivery service.
There was a time when this company was good and people would but because of the customer care not the price now i highly advise you to stay away
