Site searches are easy and quick. Prices are good. I purchased an ice maker. I like that you offer factory installed drain pumps prior to shipping. I'd like to see when I could expect delivery at or before purchase.

Elite was the only company that could locate the range I wanted and it was available in a timely fashion, extra handles available, and a great price with no shipping cost.

Jeremy was very helpful and got my washer and dryer delivered promptly.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional, he understood my needs and then was quick sending the installation team to fix an issue with the wine fridge door.

I did notice the open button doesn't always work, sometimes have to press it 2 or 3 times. Can someone check on that?

Purchasing the products in the show room was an enjoyable experience trying to get an honest answer from the salesman after the purchase was a nightmare had to get the general manager involved

Shopping and buying and customer service were helpful. Paid for expedited delivery and didn't receive order until 6/12. Had at least 8 phone calls with elite and shippers to track down products and secure a delivery date. Original estimate from my local warehouse once they received on 6/7 was 3 weeks for delivery. Very frustrating.

Elite Appliance and Designer Home Surplus is the place to shop when looking for appliance. Worked with Adam got a great deal on a cooktop, looks almost brand new. I recommend anyone looking to upgrade there kitchen to check them out.
