Not only does Elfster draw the names for you, but you are easily able to un-assign an individual, and reassign someone else to them (if need be)! I've used this with my friends and student classes. FINALLY a website that draws names in a way no one can figure out. I won't mention the other website, but when you had a person's name... the next year that person had YOUR name... so it was easy to figure out who had who. I love the look of the website and that they have online chat if you have a question.
I have used Elfster for three years now. I was having a problem and Pinky the Elf was great in helping get it fixed. Our famiily loves the ease Elfster has made it for us all to do an exchange and it has really taken all the stress out of our holiday. I'm very happy I found your site. Tricia the Christmas Card Elf was amazing. I needed the roles changed and was unable to find out how since they just updated the website today. She said she'll take care of it and send me an email once it is completed. Once I receive the email that the task has been completed I will update my review to 5 stars. We have been using this site since 2009. This year will be our 10th Christmas Exchange.

Love Elfster. Have utilized for our wives club secret Santa ornament exchanges and secret pen pal gifts. Have even utilized for exchanges for both my kids! I am a busy working mom, and appreciate that all the info can easily be accessed or added to/from the app.

Why doesn't Elfster remember me? I have been using it for years. Geeesh! Are idiots in charge? Why should people have to jump through hoops to use Elfster again?
Terrible experience in the end. Started out very hopeful. In the end, one member of our group didn't get assigned someone. She tried to find someone to help and didn't. One of us got two gifts. It was a mess. Forget this.
I have to say, I think after quite a number of years of struggling with this site, I will look for another or go back to the old fashioned envelopes. Once all the information is fed up and it does the exchange, its fine, but have now struggled on several occasions to amend the members of the group, and today I cannot even access the group to see if recent amendments are correct etc. There is such a lack of information and help, and what should be a simple job take hours. Shame!
