I wasn't happy when the black marked color looked dark brown, but I worked with it not straight wavey but it is very full no problem at all with the volume.
The natural nonprocessed was very nice texture etc.

Shipping and Delivery where fine but the product itself was awful didnt last 2 full days hair was all tangled and matted up

Show great pictures of the product, show you all the colors they come in and just a great website very well put together. Also they tell you when your product has been shipped and when it has been delivered and ready for pick up i would definitely be using them again

II's a decent site (the "nicest" I can say)... but they Never have the color you want, and or they are always sold out, on something, - never ends. They NEED to learn how to have a proper pile.
