My wig came very promptly and was packaged properly. The wig is a beautiful unit and I woul definitely purchase from this company again.

Nonetheless, the wig did not look like the picture. The back lay just right; however, the front and top of the wig had tooo much hair. I will have to find a way to cut and style it.

I love all my orders from elevatestyles.com. However, i was very disappointed with this particular order. Two of the wigs looked totally different in person. The teal wig with bang was a Bob cut on the back and the bang was not as full. The Dominican blowout was a half wig which I ddnt realize. I thought it said lace front. But overall, I love this company and somethings there are disappointments. I've been a continuous shopper and will remain a shopper. Thank you

They should send prepaid return labels WITH PRODUCTS YOU ORDER SO THAT IT'S NOT A hassle for the customer to return. Instead, they don't AND they PURPOSELY SEND A REPLACEMENT if they don't have what you ordered instead of asking you FIRST. Eventually they tried to remedy the situation, but I HAD TO COME UP WITH THE SOLUTIONS, WHICH IS THEIR JOB, RIGHT?
Shipping is very expensive and you take forever to deliver even tho I paid 32USD for shipping it's been seven days and I haven't gotten my order yet... This is the worst store I've ever ordered hair from, customer service and shipping process I won't even give u a zero, I'll give you a -10 you're under zero, I'd never ever ever order from you again.
