While I have never experience this type of customer service from ElevateStyles before, this experience was the worst. Where I know we are all human and make mistakes, I ordered my wig with more than enough time to have it before I went out of the country, and order a style that I wanted, the company chose to send whatever they had instead of e-mailing me to let me know that the wig I order was no long in stock. The wig they sent me was horrible, there were space between each track and the wig was very thin and unacceptable. When I call customer service, they acted as though that was my problem, and there was nothing else they could do, I would have to wait to get approval to send it back, so of course I would have been out of country, with the time it took to get to me (I paid extra for shipping in order to receive it with time to send it back before I left). I didn't feel I should be responsible for paying for the first wig as long as I provided them with proof of me shipping it back. I requested to speak with a supervisor, which I left my number for them to call me back. 30 days later, am still waiting for that call. Now I get a change of status and I've left and return back to country. Thanks but no thanks, if this is how you treat a customer that's been with you for years spending money and being a part of keeping your business afloat. It's too bad a business relationship must end, however, I hope your company will invest some money into training your customer service rep on how to treat a paying customer like they would like to be treating when spending their money,

A little disappointed with my recent purchase. I had placed my order, payed thru my Paypal account. I did not receive a confirmation email, nor a shipping email from ElevateStyles. A week later, I decided to go on ElevateStyles website, to look at my account. Their I find that my order had shipped out the following day of my payment. I contacted thru email & asked what the policy was to a customer in regards to order & shipping confirmation emails. The only answer I received back was the date the item was shipped. NOT impressed.

The first wig I brought from elevates styles was: Deep Part Lace BISA which was super long I'm 5'6 and it comes to my waist, I don't really care to much for it because it sheds like crazy hair be everywhere. The second wig I brought on July 28 was the Zury Sis Free Parting Lace Front Wig FP Lace H-Kay I like the lace on this wig it's not rough the color is nice to I just thought the wig would be 18inchs for some reason but all in all I like it

My order qualified for free shipping and was sent to me via priority mail. So it virtually came overnight! I would not hesitate to order again. Everything was packaged well and in perfect condition.
