The phone arrived in a generic box. It looks new but there's no way of being sure. If it is a new phone, the price paid is a good value. In any event, the website does not describe what the customer will receive.
New, refurbished, etc. No manual, no box, no OEM charger or cable.
I may have still made the purchase. I'm hopeful the phone won't have issues. Customer service was above average.
Website makes no mention of this. Price is reasonable for phone without box but marketing is deceptive. It is unknown whether the phone is new.

Shipping took longer than 10 - 14 days. Battery that came with the phone is worn out and doesn't hold a charge very long. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the phone.

So far I am pleased. I have a better choice. I did want a different phone which it does not ship to Lady Lake, FL but I could not change the shipping zone.
It took weeks for me to get it. Then I could not get a sim card for it, that took a lot of work, Then I had trble getting my phone number transferred, then had trbl getting my minuts and service time transferred, I WOULD NOT recommend buying from you.
Original order was undeliverable because i only put my 5 digit zip code. I have never had an issue with any shipping company delivering packages when i provide my 5 digit zip code. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't even receive a phone call asking to update my shipping info, my order was just cancelled and sent back so now I have to wait another 10 days for a new order to ship. How about letting your customers know when there is an issue with their order before sending it back. If this happens again i'll be taking my business elsewhere and never ordering from your company again. A very extremely frustrating shopping experience.

These guys have great prices on everything and they have an outstanding customer service! But the delivery service they use is USPS and they are not the best around I had a couple of issues with them on my order but finally I got my money EY back on the shipping and I'm glad I finally have my package!

I tried calling customer service AND sales before item was purchased never received a call back. I am gambling in buying the item- that it is a new, fully functional phone. What comes with the phone? What does "install" mean? I still don't know.
Once I received my order the phone did in fact come with a charger but no owners manual. I never received any follow up on my prior comments in this box.
Great but one month later charger just quit on me today... tried calling cust. Serv. And put on extended hold... can you advise?
I was sent the wrong item. I emailed and was told to return it for a refund, not an exchange. When I asked about the correct item I was told it was out of stock, but its still on the website.

I had an issue with them for selling me a used phone rather than a new one. So I called them and checked out with them why did I get a used and not a new one and I finally had to send back the used and I got the new phone a day after! A bit of an issue but they have the most sweetest customer service period!
If it's too good to be true...The price seemed like a steal. The product that was listed was new. The one I received was not in original packaging, had scuff marks and scratches and was missing all extras that came with this phone new. I did get an immediate response and a refund for full price. Customer service was exceptional, but very disappointed in product that was advertised vs. shipped. Will always be looking for deals, but none that seem too good to be true.
My Amex card would not be accepted then my Visa card failed. I was then dropped off your website. After logging back on, nothing was in my cart.
My order did not arrive on time and it was necessary for me to make several calls to you to get any kind of status. I found the website to be unfriendly as status updates didn't inform me of any useful information. Overall, I'm very disappointed in your business including customer service until I spoke with George. He's the only person I spoke with that seemed to get anything done for me.

Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
