Pretty easy for an old man

It was simple

The only problem with this part is the space and difficulty doing the replacement. After placing the order, I emailed with a question and I received a prompt courtesy reply. Completely happy with the experience. Now if they will replace the part, i will be over joyed.

When the fixtures arrived it looks like they were a bit banged up before they were sent out. Not an issue this time because they're going in an attic but I would expect a little bit more care in handling next time

Ordering was fast and easy, but wrong item sent, not as listed on site. Updated Satco version did not fit our application. Over all experience with them was good.
