I purchased a carbon monoxide smoke detector and 4 smoke detectors. One wiring adapter was missing when I received my order. I contacted customer service they said they would send one out. After two weeks I contacted customer service again. They said it was a problem with US Postal service, they would send another one. Four days later I received my part in the mail. They didn't put enough postage on the package and I owe the US Postal dept. 75 cents. Not happy about that.

Installed one of the eleven smoke alarms and it seems to be working ok. Ten more to go.
After I ordered Tapered baffles and trim, instead of sending me the actual part, they sent me the retrofit kit. They didn't work and now I am being charged return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I have now got BBB and Credit card company involved to get full refund. Their Customer Service is the most unprofessional and un-knowledgable I have ever dealt with. Don't use them.
