I realize you can't control delivery time, but order arrived 3 days later than scheduled.
Product was fine though I ordered item to replicate expired unit using the model number from old detector. New one used 2 AA batteries, original was i volt battery.
Regardless, I will use your company again. Thank you

During the pandemic, it is understandable to have a delay in shipping. We received replacement smoke detectors, we haven't installed them yet so hoping they will work for us.

Ordered a hard to find part that I believed originated from Germany not to mention a waiting period for production. Electric Bargain Stores stayed on it and filled ordered when available at half the retail.

Easy check out, great pricing, quick ship. One box was a bit damaged but the detector seemed fine.

The only "issue" I have is with your shipping fees and structure. They are steep, and not static. The more you purchase, the more expensive the shipping. There is no bulk rate or standard shipping fee. Otherwise, the experience has been excellent.
