Weird return policies during corona

Found what I was looking for and price was great.

I ordered a product and received it undamaged in a reasonable time

Ordering was easy and the price on one of my items was a good bit lower than on other sites.

Had what I needed at a good price and I received it relatively quickly.

Received complete order in a timely fashion. This is replacement for old equipment and fit the bill just right.

I did not receive the item I ordered and is indicated on my invoice. I did not realize this until after I installed it. (Fire alarm) The item I ordered was $113.00. The item I received is priced at $68.88. On top of this the alarm I received is defective.

Got to live chat first with an associate and ask my questions away and after I proceeded to purchase carbon monoxide alarm. It was easy peasy I received my alarm and installed it all by myself. I'm a 47 yr old woman. Now I feel safer at home. Oh might I add I couldn't find the make and model I was looking for until I stumbled with electricbargainstores.com Most definitely recommended and will use in the years to come.

My only issue is I paid for 2nd day/overnight shipping but it took 3-4 days for y'all to even send the package, and then when you sent the package it was standard delivery. I wasted $75 on extra shipping that wasn't needed.
