Quickly received my order!

The smoke detector was in a thin paper box. The box was put in a flimsy package for mailing and the package and the box were both all crushed by the time I got it in the mail. It seems that (luckily) the plastic and metal parts of the smoke detector were not crushed, however.

There's a bit of confusion about needing an adapter to replace my existing old 4618s.
