Found one of two items I was looking for. Quick and easy check-out.
First, I can never get in touch with the person I am calling. A woman answers and asks for all of your information and says that someone will call me back. Second, sometimes they don't call back at all, sometimes the next day, very seldom the same day. Third, my orders started taking longer to get here and I've had to wait for backorders on my last two orders.
The main thing I don't like is when I finally get to speak with someone there, he says he's going to check on the back orders and call me back but he never calls back to give me the info. Therefore I wait, again, and then end of having to go through the calling back cycle again.
The BRK-7010BSL unit had slightly bent connection pins, however,I was able to carefully straighten them and connect to power successfully and tested ok.
The company offer the best price compare to local stores. They process it pretty quick.
Two out of six units would not properly activate because the battery pull strip was defective. First Alert is sending replacements.
