People at the store new there products and options for improvement. I've already returned and made a couple more purchases. And have recommended your store to others. You seem to have good quality products, if so you'll succeed.

EXCELLENT PRICING, placed order on a Monday and received it on Wednesday ( from LA to NJ) Exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. The (received order) email and (shipped order) email notifications were clearly written and easy to follow. Very quickly realized that I was doing business with a top shelf company. I am very impressed!

I ordered 12 smoke detectors in two different orders. When I installed them, two detectors were defective. I notified this situation through this comment guide. I needed the detectors quickly so I paid for them again myself. I was never contacted by the company.

Fast shipping was nice! Installed one unit and it works fine.

The track with our track lighting came damaged. There was a bend in it about 6 inches from one end. Luckily, we had to trim the track down anyway, so it worked out okay.

The track came packaged in a cardboard tube only about wide enough to fit the track itself. I appreciate the effort to save on packaging waste, but you might want to package track with a little bubble-wrap or something in future.

They had the best price I could find on the replacement smoke detectors we wanted. They shipped fast, too. I had never heard of them before this, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is that the first shipment we received was NOT packaged well. It was a Lutron switch and it was loose in the box. No packaging padding materials whatsoever. The next shipment was better.

Excellent price and delivery was wayyyyyy sooner than expected. 10 out of 10 service all around.
