Great product and the GREATEST service.

Little slow out the door but that is it.

I rely heavily on orders to come through when they say they will. I was not informed that your company did not have my swtiches in stock. I paid 200 dollars for 3 day shipping and am not satisfied. I now have not met the deadline of a *******$ electrical project because of your company. FAIL.

Kept and am still asking for a return authorization for a item that they send in the wrong color. Third e-mail and still no answer. Filled out the form they send and have not heard a word even send two e-mails after that with no responds. Still have the item and don't know what I am going to do with it.

Finding the product on webpage was easy.
Placement of order, confirmation of order and shipment status info worked great. Delivery was even faster than originally advertised. Not many web purchases have been so smooth and prompt in execution.
