I found this site by serching for a replacement for a wired smoke alarm. This site gave me the comperable replacement for my 12 year old units and it was spot on. They shipped right away and I received them in about 4 days. The new ones plugged right into where the old ones were. I could have even left the old base unit on if I wanted to, but the new ones were so easy to install I just replaced the whole thing. My first time ever for doing it and I am very please they sold me the correct ones. Thanks

I clearly read your shipping terms/expected shipping days when I ordered, but had hoped that perhaps I could get the products sooner, so requested such in the order comments box. Someone did respond, but I found the response to be rude. Something along the lines of: "Our shipping terms are clearly stated". I just don't understand how it takes 4-5 days to ship two light switches. And when customers ask for faster shipping, it would be nice for someone to say "I'm sorry, but we cannot do that", instead of "take it or leave it", which is how it felt to me. The switches arrived a full 4 days after we needed them.
