Found the best price on replacement smoke detectors. I had been putting it off, but we had a smoke detector go bad in the middle of the night (of course). My wife wanted me to get replacements ordered the next morning. I purchased them and received them in record time for regular shipping. I have already recommended to friends!

It took a bit of time before the items where shipped. But, compared to other sites, where some items prices were heavily inflated or didn't carry the same range of products the wait is worth it.
Price and product was fine, shipping was way too slow. I paid extra for FedEx shipping and had to wait almost two weeks.
I ordered 2 BRK 7010BSL Smoke and Strobe combo and one out of the two the strobe light wont work. I call customer service and tried to explain that the batteries was missing and plastic tab was missing to let battery work on detector. I kept telling him that wasn't the cause it's not working. I told him so he would know that some one knew that the strobe light wasn't, because
The batteries was missing out of that one. I need another smoke and strobe light for my customer with hearing impaired problem. The Inspector wont let move in until I get another one. Please help!
Overall everything was great. I had a couple of questions before I placed my order and attempted to make contact by phone. Reached a busy signal or an answering machine when I called. After numerous calls someone finally answered the phone. Other than that I am extremely satisfied.
