I am very satisfied with your website, service and products. My order was a non stocking item so it was manufactured when ordered. I was informed that it would take 3 weeks from that date to delivery to Hawaii. I received it in good condition and only a couple days late. Living on an island has its issues when ordering from the continental US but you have been a blessing.

The track lighting was bent. Still usable and I needed it immediately so I chose to use it. But still disappointed it was bent. It also didn't ship out until 4 days later. I wouldn't have paid for overnight shipping if I knew when it would arrive.
Needed this light immediately, if not sooner. EBS.com helped us by finding the closest location and managing/coordinating the shipping 'Overnight' from the warehouse to us. Customer service was very personable.
