The item I ordered was out of stock. EBS notified me and gave me an extimated ship date and the opportunity to cancel. I was able to wait. Emails notified me when to expect the item and it came on schedule.

Shipment delays and a product issue made this a rough transaction for both us and EBS. However, a special thanks to Daniel at EBS for successfully correcting the issues with our order. Being our first transaction with EBS, this could have discouraged future dealings with EBS, but as it stands now, their outstanding Customer Service saved the day. We look forward to future business with EBS.
