It may sound strange, but the most important part of the transaction was that I received a personal email, after confirming the order, letting me that the delivery would take longer than you thought, explaining why, and giving me a chance to change my mind.

You actually did deliver a little ahead of the new schedule, which was fine. But being up front about the delays was refreshing and helpful. Much appreciated.

Of course, it also helps that you delivered what I ordered:-)

My order was on back order due to being out of product. Electric bargain store emailed me to let me know that it will take 4-5 days for them to be resupplied. I told them that is ok and ship it when it comes in. 4 days later it was shipped and arrived with 2 days which I was very pleased. Product is installed the next day with no issues. Thank You

Blower switch went out on our fireplace, googled the part number, found the best price at www.electricbargainstore.com, ordered it and 4 days later our sun room was a comfy cozy once again! Thank You for your prompt service!

I have 5 Juno under-cabinet light fixtures

I have 5 Juno under-cabinet light fixtures. Over 4 years, 4 transformers burned out, 2 in 2 years, 2 later. The first 2 were replaced at no cost. The support folk did what they could with the last 2, but the warranty was over. Ultimately I bought 2 new fixtures. Electric Bargains had the best prices. Shipping was quick. They are self-installable, but not easily. I recommend an electrician.

Overall, the whole process was better than most.

A very good company to deal with, outstanding order processing, shipped my order complete in less that 24 hours, which would mean they had the inventory on hand. Only issue i have is the shipping charge. My order was for $107.00 and I think the the order should have been with free shipping. I just place an order for $19.00 with L.L.Bean. ALL ORDERS REGARDLESS OF PRICE ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE. My wife shops on the internet all day long and everything she buys is shipped free, and see deals with several catalog companies and major retailers. Ready to place another order for $130.00 but will hold off for free shipping, I will find someone out there, trust me.

I needed a replacement for a CO2 detector made by FireEx. The company was acquired by Kidde and their alarms discontinued. EBS was the only company that not only provided information on the right SKU to purchase as a replacement, but also allowed me to purchase the adapter so I did not have to completely rewire the electric to install. Very much appreciate it. Other company's did have lower base prices of the manu unit, but did not reference the adapter and when I called to inquire...had no idea what I was talking about.

2 units out of total 7 shipped were found damaged. For sure, those product damage was made while shipped due to poor packaging. Recommend to put some cushioning material such as air bubble in a shipping box. Though having such a problem, I remain happy by getting good and quick service from your customer service. Great job done by them. My thanks to them too!
