No complaint, efficient store
Despite the disappointment of getting the wrong part the first time it was very easy and quick to correct the problem. The only issue was with the USPS delivery man putting the second package in the wrong mail box. It took an extra 4 days to straighten out the wrong delivery, but none of that was your companies responsibility. I include that in my comments as reference on the USPS performance for your consideration.

Our smoke detectors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Electricbargainstores.com had competitive prices, the website was very easy to use and delivery was extremely fast. Definitely will use them again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Due to nuisance alarms, from my old First Alert hardwired smoke detectors (without battery back-up), I decided to replace all five of them. I cleaned the old ones first thinking dust was the cause but it didnt help. I did price checks at Lowes and Walmart on-line but the replacements were around $5 more/alarm. The lower price with EBS did make me alittle sceptical at first but I placed my order and hoped for the best.
My order arrived quickly and the replacement smoke detectors (BRK-9120B with 9V battery back-up) fit perfectly! No need for different wire adapters. I could even use the old screw placements with the new backs. Im very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this company again. No more nuisance alarms and I know my home is safer.

Had to special order a pathway light and due to the special order finish, it took little longer to ship. EBS was very prompt in the order process, in letting me know of the extra time for the special order shipment, and kept me aware of the delivery. Could not be happier!
