The actual item I ordered was not available and gad to get an alternate item. The website should have indicated this,

I ordered smoke detectors and it took over a month to get, I had to call to find out about my order which I needed to complete a job. When I spoke to a representative he was going to look into the order but he never got back to me so I cancelled the order and low and behold 2 weeks after cancelling the order they show up. You should have notified me of the delay as you were my supplier not BRK. I purchased the detectors from another supplier and had them in 2 days.
This is an exact replacement for my original smoke alarm. The price was very reasonable; so I ordered six of the units to replace all of my original ones. I received the products via USPS in a reasonable amount of time. Totally satisfied. I would recommend the company and their product.

1 of 5 smoke detector has minor defection, too much trouble for me to return and replace, so I just keep it. But it's not the shopping site's fault.
