The smoke/fire alarms came within 4 business days of ordering - which is exceptional. They were a much better buy than the "box store" and were very easy to install. We would definitely purchase through this website in the future if the need arises. Less costly and prompt delivery were definite perks.

Ordered smoke alarms that came with an adapter kit so no wiring was necessary to replace old out dated smoke alarms. Fast shipping they came the next day after ordering. Very satisfied.

Exit light fixture advertised as in-stock and available (double confirmed with email and chat sessions) but order still wound up stuck in "processing" state for over a week. Called customer service to get status and they said item arrived defective and they were waiting for a replacement shipment and that it would be shipped out by the end of the second week which it did.

Placed my online order

Placed my online order. Got e-mail next day that one item was not in stock and they offered substitute model or I could wait until next shipment to replenish their stock arrives. I took the substitute model and they quickly got shipment off. Received shipment in just a couple of days. All products were accounted for and I installed the next day. All alarms working just fine. I recommend this vendor.

I wanted to purchase two difficult to locate items. I was able to find exact replacements for both parts at electricbargainstores.com. I couldn't find them at any of the local small or big box hardware stores. That experience was very good, and sufficiently so that a week or so later, I purchased 2 more items. That experience was likewise very good.
