Ordered one brand of smoke detectors...after some online research I wanted to change my order to another brand. I sent an email to them in the evening, a few hours after I placed my original order. They called me the next morning before completing my order, to verify that I indeed did want to change my order. Order was changed and shipped that same day. Great customer service, I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I am very pleased with the order I made through Electric Bargain Store. The seven combo smoke/co alarms were exactly what was ordered; each one was in the original packaging, they all functioned properly and the price was very reasonable.
The order was followed up with emails confirming the order and a tracking number was sent to me as well; so, I was able to know when the package would arrive. The package arrived the day it was supposed to, which is unusual since our local services don't usually deliver on a Saturday; but to my surprise the package was there.

When I had 2 of the 6 smoke detectors fail in my house I was concerned about replacing them since they were installed when the house was built 1998. Your replacement detectors were great just as advertised they work without me having to rewire the system. I replace all 6 and would like to simply say thank you.
