Textbook case for excellent online experience. Phone agent was responsive and specific in helping me find the right product to replace my outdated smoke alarms. Pricing was good, shipping free and USPS delivery very quick. I had my smoke alarms two days after purchase. Very satisfied.

The smoke alarms were back ordered but I was notified quickly. The estimated delivery date given me was met. I was pleased with the follow up e-mails keeping me informed. The newer model alarms were replacements for my 12 year old ones. Out of the box to completely wired and tested was about 30 minutes for 7 alarms.

I received product on time and it fit perfectly.

Was great! I needed 3 carbon monoxide fire detectors and they came quickly, within two days. I didn't even ask for expedited shipping and they sent it that way. THANK YOU! The product was as described and matched perfectly to what I had so no additional installing was needed. They even came complete with Duracell batteries. Added bonus so I didn't have to go buy new ones.

EBS helped me modify my order to get it delivered quickly (they were lighting parts I wanted to see in the flesh before finalizing the design for my house). I look forward to getting the complete order from them soon.

Ordered a replacement for a 5-year-old i4618A smoke detector that crapped out. On other websites saw horror stories of folks who had to rewire because what they purchased didn't exactly match. The i4618A I ordered from Electric Bargain Stores exactly matched so I could plugin and be done with it. Installed 4 nights now without having to smash it with a hammer in the middle of the night, yay!

I placed my order and within 3 days received my order. It was exactly as I ordered it. The price was a much better price than I found anywhere else. In stock item takes 6 days to ship? That is s joke. I manage twenty two properties and light bulbs and fixtures are always on the fritz if this is an example of the way you do business... No thanks
