I have received the order not the product
The address and shipping address were a little difficult. It kept asking me for the country to be filled in even though they both read United States.
Quick delivery of a difficult to find product. The ease of ordering and speed of receipt were great and helped me keep my project running on schedule.
Could not find the box when delivered but finally did find it!
My only issue was that I ordered a standard Juno lighting track light that is stocked by many lighting disti's. Not a build-to-order item, which is what you said it was after I ordered it. So the order went in, then within a day or so I get told that it's a 5-6 week lead time and I have 2 days to cancel. This is 2020, your systems should know at the time of order what the lead time is for this product. That said, you had a great price and although it was inconvenient, it was workable. And then it arrived in a little over 4 weeks. So that was an improvement.
I could not ask for any better service. I was particularly impressed with the short time between placing the order and receiving what I ordered.

Replacement of my original smoke detectors with these units was very easy. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. It took less than a half hour to replace 6 detectors and all are working great.
