I needed to replace some old, hardwired detectors in my home that were compatible with the existing wiring. All I did was give them the model number of the old detector and they sent me a new model with an adapter. It worked great. Delivery was very fast too.

Quick and easy to install
I called for technical help to know if what I was going to order would be the item I needed. The help I received was perfect. The items came when we expected them and in good condition. However the packaging was pretty smashed. The items are now installed and working well. We have order another item.

My experience with EBS was great. I was able to contact reps right away and get valuable information about products I was considering. One item (of many) arrived with a minor flaw, EBS replaced it with no problem. The process was a little slower than I expected, but was conducted professionally and I was kept informed of the status all along the way. The EBS reps were highly accessible. The EBS website is very user-friendly, and of course, their prices are highly competitive. I will surely come back to EBS for future lighting and electric needs.
