I needed to replace two hardwired smoke alarms. You were able to provide me with alarms that didn't need to be rewired. The shipment came in a few days and I installed both in less than twenty minutes. Very happy with your company and the service.
Easily found what I needed. The ordering and delivery were perfect.
The items I ordered were exactly what I was looking for, I was very happy and excited when I got them. My daughter was laughing at me at how excited I was.
I did have to wait a little longer for my items, but was notified within a couple of days of placing my order to let me know the item was out of stock and that I would get them as soon as they came in. A couple weeks later I got an email stating that my items were on the way, YAY!
I also wasn't charged until my items were shipped.
I will visit this site again if I need to look for another hard to find item.

I called with an issue and the service rep literally told me it "was my problem" and I was the "reason for the mix-up." I literally couldn't believe it. Never will use you again. Sorry...wish it was a different experience because the price was great.

Items I ordered were listed as in stock when in fact they were on back order, causing a several week delay to my project. The customer service, however, was top notch. My emails were responded to promptly. My only complaint is, when a product is not physically in your warehouse, then it is not in stock and should not be listed as such. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known this. Still, given the low prices and good response time, I'd use the site again.
