First order arrived in a timely manner. Two of the 5 items were damaged. I was promptly refunded the cost of those items and part of the overall shipping charge. I reordered the two items which arrived promptly and in good condition. Overall, I am pleased with the product and the service related to the orders.

I needed a very specific smoke alarm and adaptor so I would be able to replace my five smoke alarms without any rewiring. You had the solution packaged together for easy ordering. I would have preferred to have a set of alarms that had a ten year battery life, but was so happy to be able to replace my detectors without an electrician which were literally going off in unison because they were seventeen years old. I had to take them down and remove the batteries until the package arrived. Thank you for having a solution to my problem.
