This is my first experience with electricbargainstores.com and I was completely satisfied. I did refer someone to your site as they also needed a replacement CO/Smoke Detector.
I was told my order would be custom built and it took about 1 week, with an estimated ship time of 3 to 4 days after. Manufacturing went rather well and my order shipped 1st week of May. 3 weeks later I still did not have my order, rather it delivered to a warehouse where it sat.I called, did live chats, etc trying to get my items shipped. I think it took a total of 4 to 5 weeks to get my lights. Now I have customer service experience and over 16 years in the field. I know I am not your only customer, but if I am calling in concerned that fed-ex dropped off my package to a different address than I gave and that my package has sit at that location for 3 or 4 days after my initial call in, I would expect to work very hard with that customer ensuring them I would watch the order until it shipped from where ever it was. The products are beautiful and fulfill all expectations but the customer service experience is not as I expected.
